Continuing the legacy of Suzhou-style mooncakes which are less commonly found in Hong Kong, Chef Silas and his team meticulously craft each mooncake with a golden flaky crust, thin base, and a delicate combination of sweet and savoury fillings. The intricate process of creating the perfect flaky crust and uniformly wrapping the fillings ensures that each mooncake is a testament to traditional Chinese pastry artistry.

This year’s mooncake flavours include Red Bean Paste with Nuts, Red Bean Paste with Yolk, White Lotus Seed Paste with Yolk, Yunnan Ham with Mixed Nuts, Premium Mixed Nuts, and Purple Sweet Potato Paste with Yolk.
